The fees listed below apply to most properties under 2,500 square feet, less than 60 years old and within our normal driving range. Depending upon the size, age, location and other criteria there may be additional charges.

Basic Service: $595.00

Whole House Inspection, WDI (Termite) Inspection, Maintenance Evaluation

Thermal Imaging/Infrared Screening: $250.00

(fee reduced with house inspection)

Sewer Scope: $325.00

($295 with house inspection; $245 with septic inspection; video camera evaluation of the main underground drainpipe/lateral from the house to the street or septic tank)

Radon Test: $150.00

(additional monitors $150/ea. if basement exceeds 2,000SF)

Septic System Inspection: $395.00

(digging lid up to $75 additional)

Comprehensive Service: $745.00
