Inspectors in Kentucky and Indiana must be now  be licensed but as of yet there is still not a license for Ohio. To ensure that your inspector is "qualified" as well as licensed, consumers need to do their homework.  Check to confirm that your inspector is "Certified ASHI," and ask questions about licenses held, experience, certifications, specialty services, etc.
